The app is offline
What offline mode means in DropHaul and how to get back online.
DropHaul keeps working when your connection drops, you can still view jobs, customers, and routes already loaded on your device. Actions that need a live connection, like sending an invoice or syncing a new assignment, show a message asking you to reconnect until you're back online.
Check your device's Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
Wait a moment. DropHaul reconnects and syncs automatically once your connection returns, you don't need to restart the app.
If it stays offline after your connection is back, close and reopen the app.
What you'll see
While offline, actions that require the server show a message like "Reconnect to perform this action" instead of failing silently. Once you're back online, anything you changed while offline syncs automatically.
If something's not right
- My connection is fine but DropHaul still says offline: close and reopen the app. If that doesn't help, see Contact support.
- I made changes offline and they seem to have disappeared: give it a moment after reconnecting. Sync can take a few seconds on a slow connection.
