DropHaul Help

Put a live dashboard on the shop wall with TV mode

Pair the DropHaul Apple TV app to show revenue, jobs, and fleet status on a screen.

TV mode is a separate Apple TV app, not a toggle in the web app. The web app only handles pairing.

Install the DropHaul app on your Apple TV (tvOS 17 or later).

Open the app on the TV. It shows a QR code.

On your phone or another device, sign in to DropHaul and scan that QR code.

What you'll see

The /tv sign-in bridge page, showing a generic "scan the QR code on your TV to sign in" message when visited directly without a paired Apple TV

The web sign-in flow shows "Authorizing your TV…" while it connects, then "TV Signed In" once it's done, or "Authorization Failed" if something went wrong. The Apple TV then displays a live dashboard: revenue, AR aging, today's jobs, driver performance, a fleet map, and rotating reports, good for a morning huddle or a shop wall that's always current.

There's no way to end a TV's session from your phone. To unpair a TV or sign it out, go to Settings on the Apple TV app itself.

If something's not right

  • QR code won't scan: make sure you're signed in to DropHaul on your phone first, then try again with better lighting.
  • Authorization Failed: the QR code may have expired. Reopen the app on the TV to get a fresh one.
  • TV shows old data: the dashboard refreshes on its own; check the TV's network connection if it seems stuck.
