Getting started
Install the iOS app
Get DropHaul on a driver's or dispatcher's iPhone.
On the iPhone, open the App Store and search for DropHaul, or open apps.apple.com/us/app/drophaul/id6759937959.
Install the app and open it.
Sign in with the same email used to invite them to your company.
What you'll see
Once signed in, the app shows the jobs and routes assigned to that person. Drivers see their own schedule and can mark jobs complete from their phone; dispatchers and owners see more of the company depending on their role.
From the web dashboard, the setup finish screen shows a Get App button that links straight to the App Store. It's a fast way to get the link in front of someone if you're setting up their phone with them.
If something's not right
- Can't sign in: they need a DropHaul account, but it doesn't have to come from your invite. If they already accepted the email invite, they can sign in with that email directly. If not, they can create their own account and join your company with an invite code from Team → Members instead of waiting on the email.
- Nothing shows up after signing in: check that a job is actually assigned to that person yet. See Assign a job to a driver.
