What you can ask

Once you've connected an AI app (see Connect an AI app), it can only answer with what your DropHaul role allows. Here are examples to try, grouped by role.

If you own the company

• "What's on the dashboard today?"
• "What needs my attention right now?"
• "How much revenue did we bring in this month?"
• "Who's on the team, and what are their roles?"
• "Run the monthly revenue report as a PDF."

If you dispatch

• "What's on today's schedule?"
• "Show me all jobs that aren't assigned yet."
• "Assign today's 2pm pump-out to Dana."
• "Auto-dispatch the unassigned jobs for tomorrow."
• "Optimize the route for truck 12."
• "Who's out today?"

If you drive

• "What's my route for today?"
• "Mark the Elm Street job as serviced."
• "I'm on my way to the next stop."
• "Report a problem with the unit at the Main Street site."

If you run the office

• "Who still owes an invoice?"
• "Send the invoice for job JOB-4021."
• "Resend the invoice to Acme. They said they didn't get it."
• "Create a quote for a new customer, three units, weekly service."
• "Show me maintenance that's due this week."
