DropHaul Help

Connect an AI app to DropHaul

Ask Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI client about your jobs, routes, and invoices.

You can connect an AI app you already use, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or Codex, to your DropHaul company. Once it's connected, you can ask it things like "what's on today's schedule?" or "who still owes an invoice?" in plain words, and it answers from your real DropHaul data.

How it works

Every app connects the same way:

Sign in. You sign in to DropHaul with your usual account. The AI app never sees your password. From the sign-in itself it only learns your name, email address, and profile picture. Everything else is what you allow in step 3.

Choose one company. The connection only ever sees that one company. To switch, remove the connection in the app and connect again.

Review and allow. You see a list of what the app may do. Untick anything you'd rather it not do, then click Allow access. Deny cancels the connection. Sign-in details (your name, email, and picture) are always shared and cannot be unticked.

The request stays open for ten minutes from when the app started it. If it runs out while you're reviewing the list, click Start again on that page. If it runs out anywhere else, reconnect from the app.

Your connection address

Some apps ask you to paste this address once, during setup:

https://majestic-emu-550.convex.site/mcp
