Manage your AI connections
Remove a connection, understand the ten-minute timeout, and start again.
Remove a connection
Removing a connection stops that app from using DropHaul. Nothing else in your account changes.
- Claude: Customize → Connectors → DropHaul → Remove.
- ChatGPT: open the connection at ChatGPT Settings → Connectors and remove it.
- Claude Code: run
/mcp→ drophaul → Clear authentication. - Codex: run
codex mcp logout drophaul.
Removing a connection doesn't revoke a personal access token if you set one up instead. Revoke that separately in DropHaul under Settings → API Tokens.
What "expired request" means
When you connect an app, DropHaul opens a sign-in request that stays open for ten minutes. If you take longer than that to sign in, choose a company, and review the access, the request expires and the page shows Start again.
Click Start again on the page that shows the expired request.
Sign in, choose your company, and review the access again. It's the same as before.
Click Allow access.
If the request expired somewhere other than that page (for example, you closed the tab), go back to the app and start the connection over from there.
If something's not right
- It's showing the wrong company. Remove the connection and connect again. You choose the company and permissions from scratch.
- It says access was denied or a tool is missing. The connection can only do what your DropHaul role allows, and only what you ticked when you connected. Remove and reconnect to allow more.
See Troubleshooting for more, or email support@drophaul.app with the app you're using and what you saw. Never send a password, code, or token.
