Connect ChatGPT to DropHaul
Add DropHaul as a custom connection in ChatGPT developer mode.
ChatGPT calls this a custom connection. It lives under developer mode, but the steps are short.
Open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.
Go to Settings → Connectors, click +, name it DropHaul, and add a short description (for example, "Scheduling and invoices").
Under Connection, paste the connection address and create the connection.
A DropHaul page opens: sign in, choose your company, review the access, and click Allow access.
Start a new chat, add DropHaul from the tools menu, and ask "Who am I signed in to DropHaul as?"
What you'll see
After you create the connection, a DropHaul page opens with the sign-in screen, then a company picker, then the access review screen from step 4. Once you allow access, the connection shows as ready in Settings → Connectors, and you can turn it on from any chat's tools menu.
Notes
ChatGPT's screens change often. If a label differs, look for the closest match. The connection address and the DropHaul sign-in are the same either way.
If something's not right
- The app can't see DropHaul in a chat. Add DropHaul from the chat's tools menu. It's off by default in a new chat.
- It's showing the wrong company. Remove the connection from Settings → Connectors and connect again.
- It says access was denied or a tool is missing. The connection can only do what your DropHaul role allows, and only what you ticked when you connected.
