Remove a teammate
Take someone off your DropHaul org.
Before you start
You need to be an Owner or Admin. Removing someone can't be undone from the app. If you remove someone by mistake, you'll need to invite them again.
Go to Team → Members in the sidebar and find the teammate under their role.
Open their row's menu and select Remove from team. Select it once more when it changes to Are you sure?
Confirm by selecting Remove member.
Removing a teammate doesn't sign them out of DropHaul immediately. Their session stays active until it expires or they refresh, but they lose access to this org right away. This can't be undone: DropHaul permanently deletes their gamification records, badge awards, and notifications, and it unassigns any open jobs or trucks still on their schedule.
What you'll see
The teammate disappears from the member list right away. Any jobs or trucks assigned only to them go back to unassigned so a dispatcher can reassign them.
If something's not right
- I don't see Remove from team: you need Owner or Admin. Ask another Owner or Admin to remove them, or check your own role under Roles and permissions.
- I removed the wrong person: send them a new invite from Invite a teammate. Their gamification records, badge awards, and notifications are gone for good, but they can accept a fresh invite and start building new ones.
