What road-aware means
Why DropHaul's stop order and drive-time estimates follow real roads.
"Road-aware" means DropHaul sequences a route's stops using the actual road network, not a straight line between two points on a map. Two stops that look close together on the map can be a long drive apart if there's a river, highway, or one-way street between them. DropHaul accounts for that when it optimizes a route.

What you'll see
Every route you optimize gets the road-aware stop order and drive-time estimates, no matter which tier you pick. Picking Premium in the optimize dialog adds more planning on top of that: stop time windows, how long a service usually takes, and a driver's shift and break schedule. Picking Standard skips those extra constraints and returns only the fastest stop order. See Optimize a route for what each tier costs.

If something's not right
- An estimate looks off for a stop: check the site's address is accurate; a wrong or incomplete address throws off the road-aware calculation.
